Vinyar Tengwar 19 ([2], 29, [1] s., ISSN 1054-7606) on Elvish Linguistic Fellowshipin julkaiseman Vinyar Tengwar -lehden syyskuussa 1991 ilmestynyt numero. Lehden päätoimittajana oli Carl F. Hostetter ja oikolukijoina Arden R. Smith sekä Patrick Wynne. Numero on omistettu Taum Santoskin (1958-1991) muistolle.
