Vinyar Tengwar 17, kansi. Patrick Wynnen kansikuva esittää velho Radagastia lintujen kanssa. (Radagastin alkuperäinen quenyankielinen nimi oli Aiwendil, "se joka rakastaa lintuja".)[1]
Vinyar Tengwar 17 ([2], 25, [1] s., ISSN 1054-7606) on Elvish Linguistic Fellowshipin julkaiseman Vinyar Tengwar -lehden toukokuussa 1991 ilmestynyt numero. Lehden päätoimittajana oli Carl F. Hostetter ja oikolukijoina Jorge Quiñónez sekä Arden R. Smith.
