Taiteilijan oma esittely

Magdalena Olechny is an independent artist based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

Through her art, she wants to show the beauty and wonder of another world. Her first inspiration was “The Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolkien, and ever since she read it, fantasy has remained in her heart forever.

Magdalena's illustrations capture human emotions and a sense of a deeper history behind them, expressing everything through the lens of fantastical worlds. She creates using both traditional (pencil, gouache, watercolor) and digital media.
