- I completed the second one of my elven pictures. It's Earwen of Alqualonde, from the Silmarillion book. I'm not convinced I like the colouring, but whatever I do just seems to make it worse. Anyway, I'm posting it.

- Husband: Finarfin (Anarfinwë)
- Children: Finrod Felagund (Finderato), Orodreth (by some sources), Angrod (Angaráto), Aegnor (Aikanaro), and Galadriel (Altariel-Nerwen)
- Earwen of Alqualonde was a Telerin princess who became princess and queen of the Noldor of Aman after the exile by he marriage to Finarfin, the youngest of King Finwe's sons. Her silver hair was famous, but none of her children bore it, having instead golden hair like their father and grandmother, but in galadriel's case theads of silver set her mane alight, and in that is was as precious as her mother's. She's holding one of the lamps of the noldor, in homage to her adoptive people, but in daylight its inner glow looks muted.
